Privacy Policy

Account details you provide (name, email, phone, GSTIN, drug licence), and operational data you generate inside PharmaPOS (invoices, inventory, customers, suppliers).

Strictly to operate the Service, provide support, keep it secure, and comply with tax or regulatory obligations. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.

Your workspace data is isolated at the row level and stored on encrypted infrastructure in-region. Backups are encrypted at rest.

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time. For requests under the DPDP Act 2023 or GDPR, email support@pharmapos.org. We respond within 30 days.

We use a small, audited set of infrastructure providers for hosting, email, payments and analytics. The current list is maintained on our trust page.

Row-level security, encryption in transit and at rest, principle of least privilege for staff, audit logs across all admin actions.
